Instructions for Use:  Place strap around patient's arm. Pull strap end through bottom hole of buckle, then insert and pull through top hole. Pull on the strap's end to tighten. Do Not Over-Tighten! Vascular System Damage May Result.
 

Tighten Strap: Pull tab at the top of the buckle.
 
Cleaning Instructions:  Between uses, this product must be cleaned and thoroughly disinfected according to your approved disinfectant procedures.
 
Caution:  When used as a Fistula Pressure Dressing Strap, make sure that you do not use the buckle as a pressure point for the wound, the buckle must be on the opposite side of the wound. Also make sure that the strap is not over-tightened. Using a stethoscope, check for normal blood flow beneath the strap.
